Emergency 911 Response
When you call 911 for a medical emergency in our service area, our highly trained team responds rapidly with fully equipped ALS ambulances.
Our certified EMTs, Paramedics, and Prehospital Registered Nurses (PHRNs) provide:
- Rapid emergency response
- Patient assessment & stabilization
- Advanced life support
- Cardiac monitoring
- Medication administration
- Safe transport to hospitals
We work in close coordination with Allegheny County 911 dispatch, local fire departments, and regional hospitals to ensure seamless emergency care.

Standby Coverage
Professional EMS staffing for your community events, athletic competitions, public gatherings, and private functions.
Community Event Coverage
From local parades to large festivals, our crews provide professional medical standby coverage to keep your community safe. We work with event organizers on pre-event planning, crew positioning, and emergency coordination.
Our standby services include on-site medical assessment, first aid, and rapid transport capability if emergency hospital care is needed.
Athletic Events
Football games, track meets, tournaments, and school athletics. Our crews provide on-site medical coverage with appropriate equipment and supplies.
Community Events
Festivals, parades, concerts, and public gatherings. We work with event organizers on pre-event planning and operational coordination.
Private Functions
Corporate events, weddings, and private parties. Discreet, professional medical standby coverage for your peace of mind.
