As a municipal authority, VAA is governed by a board of directors appointed by member municipalities, ensuring community-focused leadership and accountability.

QVAA serves Sewickley Borough, Sewickley Heights, Aleppo Township, and surrounding communities in the beautiful Quaker Valley region of western Allegheny County.
